What is Zionism? That's the issue. This whole thing started because boeller rejected political Zionism which the Catholic Church is not against. She also rejects theological Zionism which the Catholic Church would agree with her. And everyone online is arguing about Zionism but they aren't talking about the same Zionism. I agree with most of what you are saying. We should be able to discuss theological differences. But in that particular meeting she stated she was against Jewish people having the right to self govern which is a secular issue, not theological. She misrepresented the Catholic church's teaching on a modern secular political state of Israel. She has only been a Catholic for a year.
