It is astounding that the Stefon Diggs case is being tried on the uncorroborated word of the prosecution's "star witness." That she is an unreliable witness was
known months ago. This was always going to be a train-wreck of a trial. This case never should have been prosecuted. Once again, the real questions should be directed to the Norfolk DA and their judgment/ prosecutorial discretion.

Apparently the sequestration order is not actually a sequestration order, as the judge is putting the Aylaian family on the honor system and asked them not to talk about the testimony that they see and hear today.

The contrast is startling. Kelsey Fitzsimmons is what Jen McCabe thinks she is - a normal Mom. Her arms and hands are full as she alone cares for her baby, while texting Justin Aylaian who stood her up by going to a court and telling lies to obtain an order. She is then followed by 3 armed men, one of them wearing gloves, who showed up to her house unannounced and told her they were taking her baby.
