I think of 'result' as the final end product. So, for me, communication between different tools that lead to the perfect result is achieved as follows: extreme design craft, and deep knowledge of the tech stack you’re working with — docs, libraries, all of it. Learn Expo, Motion, Reanimated. I’ve tried MCPs and Playwright, but nothing beats a stunning Figma design paired with the ability to turn it into a polished, interactive artifact with advanced interactions. Natural language + that foundation + Figma designs. That’s the combo, the curator's effect.

the "everyone will make their own personal software" thesis confuses capability with desire. most people don't want to build apps. they want to scroll tiktok and listen to drake on repeat. the apps people actually want to use will always be thoughtfully crafted by skilled designers and engineers who help users discover what they need

what if a newspaper could print itself? For the @figma & @contra #makeathon I've built a live newspaper. the realistic page turn the ink-wet loader effect seeing the ink bleed through to the back the webgl image distortion those just made me happier today. none of this was necessary. all of it was necessary.

@timothyachumba @comet is right now the best option and really soon we're getting it for mobile too. Works beautifully with Perplexity's Assistant. Comet really stepped in to cover the gap in the post Arc and Dia era. Arc is a classic of course but it's behind rn.
