I recommend creatine to nearly everyone. But here are my caveats: 1. Make sure it's creatine monohydrate - this is the form that's most well-studied and effective. You don't need a "fancy" form. 2. Beware of gummies. If you use them, make sure you're getting one that's been third-party tested and contains the stated amount of creatine (many brands do not). 3. Look for an an NSF certification. This will help avoid heavy metals and other contaminants you don't want. Clip is from my recent appearance on @JordanHarbinger show!

@lucymarionbrown Anyone with non-mainstream views who speaks to Louis Theroux is asking to be made to look a total and complete wacko. They might be, they might not be, but they're never going to get a fair deal from a man like him.

If you’re seeing a nephrologist they will likely recommend not to take creatine even in earlier stages as they will be tracking your lab results regularly and taking it will make you’re creatinine higher making it harder to gauge what you’re true kidney function is and how much you have left.

Take 20 grams of creatine daily for 10 days. With food early in the day. It’ll change your life.

SHOCKING: 99% people using Claude are barely scratching the surface. Right now, the entire internet is screaming “Claude, Claude, Claude”... But here’s the truth: just chatting with it won’t change your life. To unlock its real power, you need to master: • agentic workflows • Claude Code • skills, automation & system-level usage I spent 100+ hours researching and compiled the best Claude resources from across the entire internet — videos, repos, guides, books, and papers. I’ll give it to only 4,500 people. To get it: 1. Follow me MUST (so i can dm) 2. Comment “Claude” 3. I’ll DM you the document 📩 If you don’t follow or comment, you won’t receive

Creatine isn’t just for adults. I give my son 2.5 g/day. There are (albeit few) studies in kids and adolescents showing creatine can improve performance. For example, trials in adolescent soccer and basketball players report improvements in power, jumping, sprint/anaerobic performance, and technical skills with creatine (often using ~0.03–0.1 g/kg/day). I’m also interested in its potential brain/energy effects. The key is dose. You don’t want to use adult-loading amounts, but 2.5 g/day (maybe slightly above) is a conservative, reasonable range. On busy days, I’ll also use protein powder in a smoothie to fill protein gaps. One thing I look for is avoiding certain emulsifiers, which can be rough on the gut for some people when used frequently. I covered this in a recent member Q&A. @DoctorBenjy Its far from perfect, but at the end of the day it has that addictive quality that keeps us from doing the stuff we should be doing lol. The updates have improved it, end of day its a game so people can stop having a fkn aneuysm over it. I enjoy it and dont regret buying it

I've played a fair bit of #FM26 away from streaming this week, so I've seen the game a bit differently. I actually think it's pretty good, like a strong 7/10 with here it's at now, compared to 5/6 at launch (and skins help) I know some people will immediately fume at that because it's not the 'I want Miles sacked' narrative, but I think those people are still getting over the fact it's worse than FM24, and nobody expected that, and that's pissed people off. As a Football Management simulation, it's actually good, I do think getting deeper into a save helps a lot though.

Can someone recommend a TV series that’s actually addictive? 😩 The kind that has you saying “just one more episode” at 2AM… and before you know it, you’ve finished Season 1 in one sitting.🤲🤲

Astoundingly lazy, shoddy journalism in this @NYTmag interview with Jay Shetty. The Times let Shetty get away with the same bullshit lies I debunked in my Guardian exposé on him. His lawyers said his story is legit? Gee, no kidding. nytimes.com/2026/02/21/mag…
