Ordered from Swiggy on May 14. After 1.5+ hours of waiting while the order was still stuck/preparing, I contacted support. Twice, their team confirmed it would be cancelled and refunded in 24-48 hrs.
The order remained in that state for 2 days, then on May 16 it was marked as delivered by “Dummy Rider”.
Now email support is refusing a refund and asking me to join a “feedback loop” after wasting my time and money. Absolutely horrible customer experience.

You should also have the support tickets internally where your team confirmed the cancellation and refund.
I’m not interested in going through another support loop for the same issue. And no, this is not just “disappointment.” This has been a poor customer support experience from start to finish.

@anujprivate The amount here is not big enough for me to pursue the legal route, considering the effort involved.
But I still wanted to call out the experience and make people aware. Customers should not have to chase support for days after being assured of a cancellation and refund.

@sojan_official Bwst use cod. If not possible, use a credit card and initiate chargeback with every proof. In 99.99% of the cases, txn amt will be reversed and you won't need to handle swiggy cc too

The obvious next step for our video engine was extending it to mobile app videos too.
Again, Codex figured out a way to drive actions through the emulator and generate videos from it.
Still early, but this is starting to feel like a very practical workflow for product storytelling.

One thing we’ve always struggled with at @chatwootapp is showcasing our features properly. We’re an engineering-heavy team, so building the next thing usually takes priority over recording a polished demo. Voiceovers, cuts, retakes, all of it adds up. This was one of the first workflows I wanted to automate after seeing what AI computer use could do. We finally have a pipeline that can produce demo videos for both commonly used features and new ones as we ship them. Here’s a sneak peek of one result. Thanks to Codex and GPT-5.5.

ChatGPT’s Gmail handling feels better now. Calendar integration too.
The last time I tried it, it did not really work for me. I tried again after the GPT-5.5 update, and now it's usable.
