Certainly not @LothiansEast I witnesses the whole tram debacle as I grew up and worked watching its shoddy work and planning! Crap cheap low quality roads certainly dont help as the WEIGHT of a tram and the vibrations do not mix well with RUSHED JOBS sub contracted out to selective private sector companies. That's a BAD mix. Cheap labour and bad procurement process (SNP idiocy really) maths is their weakness. 100% in support of everything said! Because it's objective truth! The Scottish judicial system in its entirety is corrupt at all levels, The top is where it's coming from. To the very bottom who are just confused and looking to not be removed from their jobs! E.G. the family court system is where a primary problem is found! The criminal court system is getting informed of matters with in that non private court! Its the main reason I'm standing, because I warned them, they would regret trying to milk this cash cow! I caught them red-handed by self representation and using their own tools (International law) to prove it. They are jargon smart, but completely stupid when the jargon is turned on them!
