What I took out of tonight's C4 leaders' debate was 2 things: we need more immigration in Scotland, and tax is an investment in public services not an oncost. Will vote accordingly.

People ask me why I chose @_AdvanceUK. I speak from the heart when I say this. I’m not a polished well oiled politician. I’m just me, your everyday working class Yorkshire woman. What you see is what you get. If you don't like it then tough! It wasn’t a difficult decision in the end to join Advance. After the pressure, the threats and being told to vote against my conscience, I needed a party that actually stood for something. Something I could believe in. It wasn't easy at first being the only councillor under the banner for a short period of time after leaving a large group you could get lost in. @_AdvanceUK is different. It has a proper constitution. Democratic leadership. Real accountability. No other party is the same. @benhabib6 built something that puts principle before power. That’s rare in politics. It’s also rare to find a politician who’s in it for the love of the country rather than the love of self and money. Or that little green seat in parliament that they all switch parties for. I’m not here to climb a ladder or build a career. I’m here because Doncaster deserves better and so does our country, more importantly so do our children, grand children and those that come after us when we’re gone. Our generation as a collective screwed it up, it's our duty to put it right for the people of the future. That’s why I chose Advance. It has given me hope and faith and that’s everything. SNP candidate @DeidreBrock just admitted she “does not subscribe” to teaching kids reading, writing and arithmetic… because “modern children have calculators.” After 20 years of SNP laziness and breathtaking incompetence that’s dragged Scotland into the gutter, they’ve now given up on the basics entirely. As an observer with some direct experience of british-Irish affairs & a policy advisor in the UK. I watched the confidence debate in Dublin today, with some dismay. There were no truly conservative voices, only Left, far left & liberals. No calls for repeal of Net zero & carbon taxes. No calls for an end to the persecution of motorists & farmers. An end to foreign influence etc. Not one ! No presented policy alternatives, no rebuke of the EU puppet politicians or calls for a referendum. No unified opposition group due to irritating SF Islamic chasers. Seems they are just as annoying in the south as the north. I don't believe Ireland will ever find the true freedom it deserves until it breaks free from the EU. The FF & FG uniparty hold all the aces & enough independent wild cards to keep the idea of democracy on simmer. The protesters need to quickly gain a policy framework to offer the people with a hot register of candidates in every constituency. Then recruit any existing TD's who support a return to the cultural foundations that were lost when the EU tore up the constitution with every new treaty obligation. Perhaps the future will see us all in the British Isles reclaim our common Christian culture & rebuild our shared heritage before we all become the Islamic Isles of Europe. At Edinburgh Southern hustings, SNP candidate @DeidreBrock has just said that reading, writing, and arithmetic is not something she subscribes to in education, because modern kids have calculators. This has understandably caused consternation in the audience.

“Silly little racist flags”....I take it she means the Union Jack? The National Flag of our country. The one flown above Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and Sandringham when The King is not in residence.
