Your entire life is an electromagnetic force field pretending to be physical contact. When you “touch” a table, the electrons in your fingertip and the electrons in the wood repel each other. The gap never closes. What your brain registers as solid contact is the Pauli exclusion principle and electromagnetic repulsion creating the sensation of resistance at roughly 1 angstrom, one ten-billionth of a meter. This applies to everything. The ground you’re standing on. The chair you’re sitting in. The phone in your hand right now. You’ve never made contact with any of them. You are permanently floating approximately 0.1 nanometers above every surface you’ve ever “touched,” suspended by the same force that keeps two magnets from snapping together when you flip one around. Now scale that. Every nerve signal you’ve ever felt, every texture, every temperature, every sensation of pressure: all of it is your nervous system interpreting variations in electromagnetic repulsion strength. Silk feels different from sandpaper because the electron clouds have different geometries, not because your skin ever contacted either surface. The part that should unsettle you: your brain has never once received direct physical input from the outside world. Every sensory experience you’ve ever had was a second-hand report from electrons that refused to get any closer. You’re reading this on a screen you’ve never touched, with eyes that collect photons but contact nothing, processed by neurons that have never been in direct physical contact with each other. The signal jumps the gap every single time. Your entire reality is built on things that almost meet but never do.

Claude Cowork is f*cking cracked for Meta Ads 🤯 Point it at a folder with your ad export, your brand context, and your brief template —> ... and it analyzes your account like a senior creative strategist + saves a finished brief directly to your computer. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still manually digging through ad reports trying to figure out why performance shifted. If you're running Meta Ads and pulling weekly reports that tell you what happened but not why — CPAs creeping up, CTRs dropping... You're killing creatives on gut feel because mapping performance back to hook type, angle, and offer framing takes hours you don't have. Claude Cowork eliminates the entire loop: → Drop your Meta Ads CSV export into a project folder → Add a brand context file and your brief template → Claude reads all three files and audits across 4 lenses: hook performance, offer angles, fatigue signals, next test recommendations → Asks clarifying questions if it needs them → Saves a finished creative brief as a real .md file directly to your folder No copy-pasting data into chat windows. No manually tagging creatives in a spreadsheet. No "here are your metrics" summaries that tell you nothing new. What you get: → Pattern analysis across every creative — which hook structures are converting and why → Creative fatigue signals before CPAs blow up → Competitor intelligence layered in from the Meta Ad Library → A data-backed brief your creative team can execute immediately Set it up once, drop in a fresh CSV every week and run the same prompt. I put together a full playbook with the exact folder setup, the prompts, and the brief template to get this running in under 30 minutes. @codyplof What was the rationale for spending more on VO than CO prior to the changes? I’ve always seen VO as an add-on campaign to get the high CAC-high value customers while CO drives volume.

We just dropped iCPA on Meta 26% by doing the following: - Moved spend aggressively from VO to CO - Increased partnership spend - Added a campaign with view optimization - Scaled AEB investment - Improved reels delivery - Patched some exclusion leaks All just to improve CPMr. It’s wild how much you have to do just to have a chance of success these days. I’d like to see Manus try.

Claude Cowork Sub-Agents are f*cking cracked 🤯 One prompt → 50 competitor ads analyzed, hooks extracted, and a full creative brief generated. 10 AI agents running in parallel, under 5 minutes. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still doing creative research and ad production one task at a time inside Claude. If you're analyzing competitor ads one by one, copying hooks into a spreadsheet manually, writing brief after brief from scratch, and watching Claude's output quality fall off a cliff after the 15th variation because the context window is completely bloated... Sub-agents eliminate the entire bottleneck: → Drop in a spreadsheet of 50 competitor ads and spin up 10 parallel sub-agents → Each sub-agent analyzes 5 ads simultaneously — hooks, angles, CTAs, emotional tone, creative format → They report structured summaries back to the main agent without bloating the context → The main agent synthesizes patterns across all 50 ads into a competitive intel brief → Then spin up another round of sub-agents to generate 30 ad copy variations across 10 personas → Each sub-agent writes for 1-2 personas in a fresh context — so variation 30 is as sharp as variation 1 No analyzing ads one at a time. No context window blowing up halfway through. No copy quality degrading after the first dozen variations. What this gives you: → 50 competitor ads broken down in minutes — hooks, angles, CTAs, formats, all structured → Pattern analysis across the full dataset that you'd miss reviewing ads individually → 30+ ad copy variations with persona-specific messaging that actually stays sharp → A workflow you can save as reusable skills and trigger with one command next time → The same output quality on the last task as the first Built 100% inside Claude Cowork with sub-agents. I put together a full DTC playbook: 5 bulk workflows with copy-paste prompts, the exact sub-agent prompting pattern, batching guidelines, and an honest breakdown of when this setup is worth it vs. when a simpler approach is the better move. I just vibe-coded a Meta Ads Bulk Uploader in Claude Code that uploads dozens of Facebook and Instagram ads in minutes 🤯 Drag and drop your creatives, connect your live Meta account, publish directly through the Marketing API. Built 100% in Claude Code. Perfect for media buyers and DTC brands who are still uploading ads one at a time in Ads Manager. If you're a media buyer spending 10+ hours a week uploading ads one at a time in Ads Manager — attaching videos, picking thumbnails, naming ads, toggling enhancements, repeating 50 times ... This eliminates the entire workflow: → Drag and drop dozens of images/videos at once → Add multiple primary texts, headlines, and descriptions per batch → Pick your campaign and ad set directly from your live Meta account → Clone existing ad sets with one click → Upload custom thumbnails, pick your CTA, launch paused or active No uploading ads one by one. No 2-3 hours of clicking. No $99/month SaaS subscription. What this tool does: → A bulk uploader that publishes directly through Meta's Marketing API → Full creative control — thumbnails, CTAs, ad names, enhancements — all in one shot → Ad set cloning so you can scale winning setups instantly → A free alternative to the $99/month tools that do the exact same thing I'm giving away every prompt I used to build it so you can vibe-code the whole thing yourself. I built 7 Claude Skills that replaced 6+ hours of weekly marketing work. Now I’m giving them all away. The Founder Skills Vault: → Viral Content Generator → Content Pillar Generator → LinkedIn Content Analyzer → Lead Magnet Idea Generator → LinkedIn-to-X Converter → Warm DM Strategist → Lead Qualifier This isn’t a prompt pack. These are production-grade tools that run inside Claude. It’s the same system I used to grow 7,000+ followers in 3 months. Want it? → Like + RT → Comment “FOUNDER”

Using French intelligence surveillance of Khomeini's speeches and activities, Giscard tried desperately to dissuade Carter but Carter obstinately, arrogantly insisted that Khomeini should return because he was "a man of peace". The last 47 years belong to Carter personally.
Captain Allen@CptAllenHistory

Khomeini’s fateful 1979 flight from Paris to Tehran that unleashed 47 years of oppression and terror. France gave him asylum and a place to run the revolution to overthrow the Shah. When the time came, the French chartered this Air France flight for him and his entourage.

@serhii_rieznik @Eyalo365 If the Iranian regime had nuclear warheads the situation would be more similar to the war in Ukraine. Putin is preventing Ukraine's allies from getting directly involved by blackmailing everyone with nuclear war.

@serhii_rieznik @Eyalo365 The situation is different because the US are actively involved and have total air supremacy. They and Israel are systematically taking out Iranian launchers so the missile stockpile doesn't matter. The regime is deeply infiltrated by foreign intelligence.

This is an ILLEGAL war on Mordor. We’re told Sauron “poses an existential threat,” yet somehow this involves sending hobbits 1,500 miles to a volcano. Regime change in Mordor will only create a power vacuum filled by worse orcs. Sauron is bad, sure. But is he “march to Mount Doom” bad? Meanwhile second breakfast is underfunded. Tell me again how this puts the Shire first?

- Merci !

My app did $50K profit last month with 100% paid ads. Here's exactly how: #1 Creative diversity • AI UGC • AI Podcast • AI VSL #2 Web onboarding • Cuts Apple's 30% • 400% higher AOV • 1000% higher LTV • 2 day payout #3 Upsells • 2x upsells • 1x downsell Everyone says web funnels only work in health/fitness/learning. That's a lie. We're not in any of those spaces. The only real problem with web funnels is how long they take to build, measure, and test. So we built a tool to make it easy. Considering launching it publicly... Comment or shoot me a DM if you want to sign up for the waitlist.
