Every transformer uses multiple bushings, and at EHV and UHV voltage classes, those bushings predominantly use porcelain hollow insulators as their outer envelope. So if bushings are the bottleneck for transformers, porcelain hollow insulators are the bottleneck for bushings. Something I learnt today.

Under the directives of the President of the UAE, we launch a new government model. Within two years, 50% of government sectors, services, and operations will run on Agentic AI, making the UAE the first government globally to operate at this scale through autonomous systems. AI is no longer a tool. It analyses, decides, executes, and improves in real time. It will become our executive partner to enhance services, accelerate decisions, and raise efficiency. This transformation has a clear timeline. Two years. Performance across government will be measured by speed of adoption, quality of implementation, and mastery of AI in redesigning government work. We are investing in our people. Every federal employee will be trained to master AI, building one of the world’s strongest capabilities in AI-driven government. Implementation will be overseen by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, with a dedicated taskforce chaired by Mohammad Al Gergawi driving execution. The world is changing. Technology is accelerating. Our principle remains constant. People come first. Our goal is a government that is faster, more responsive, and more impactful.

When a baby nurses, some of the mother's living cells flow straight into the baby. A handful reach the baby's brain and turn into brain cells. A 2018 paper in Scientific Reports showed this. Researchers at Istanbul Medipol University in Turkey used mother mice whose cells glowed green under a microscope, then let their newborn pups feed normally. Weeks later, they sliced the pups' brains open and found glowing maternal cells working as neurons and support cells. A 2025 follow-up showed these cells can even help repair brain damage after a stroke. The white dots in the video are milk fat. Everything else is invisible without a special dye. Take the sugar. Breast milk is mostly water, then fat and lactose. The next biggest ingredient is a family of complex sugars called HMOs. Scientists have found over 200 different types so far. The baby can't digest any of them. They pass straight through to the large intestine, where they feed the good bacteria that will live inside that baby for the rest of its life. Those sugars exist to grow the right bacterial community in the baby's gut. Then there are the white blood cells. These are the mother's own immune cells, alive, riding into the baby's gut with every feed. A healthy breastfed baby swallows hundreds of millions of them a day. When the baby catches something, that number can jump to the billions. Colostrum, the thick yellowish milk from the first few days after birth, can be up to 70 percent immune cells. When a baby latches on, the suction pulls some of the baby's saliva backward up into the milk ducts. Sensors in the breast pick up germs from that spit, and the mother's body makes antibodies aimed at whatever the baby is fighting, then loads them into the next feed. A 2022 paper in Nature confirmed the mechanism in mice. Researchers at the US National Institutes of Health fed newborn pups a stomach virus. Within days, the mothers' breasts had picked up the infection through nursing and started pumping out matched antibodies. The baby's mouth tells the breast what to make. Milk varies by baby, too. A 2012 paper in the American Journal of Physical Anthropology measured milk fat in Kenyan mothers. Well-off moms made fattier milk for sons (2.8 percent) than daughters (1.74 percent). Poor moms did the opposite, giving daughters the fattier milk. Evolutionary biologists think well-fed families invest in sons, who might have more kids if they succeed. Struggling families invest in daughters, who almost always have grandkids. Twin data backs the pattern. One study found breastfed opposite-sex twins grow up an inch shorter and 12 pounds lighter than same-sex twins as adults. The theory: a mother can't fine-tune one milk for two different sexes at once. Formula contains zero live cells and zero stem cells. Only a handful of the 200-plus HMO sugars have been added, and only in the last decade or so. There is no feedback loop from the baby's saliva, and no way for the formula to know the baby is fighting anything. The pale liquid in that microscope jar is closer to a live organ than food. The baby plugs into it several times a day.

@itsnitinverma @FirstDoctor Best to get it naturally thru exposure to morning sun. Harder for Indians to process it inspite of the abundance of sunlight due to darker skin tones. If supplementing, best to be taken with Vit K2 (Mk7) and Magnesium. The Vit K2 ensures Calcium doesn't deposit in soft tissues.
