@WestJet Seriously????? Our luggages has tags and barcodes. Don’t you not have records for that?????? It’s 2026 for Christ’s sake. Air Canada has their way of checking and yet you guys don’t?????

It’s a long line up at their luggage claim counter @WestJet and their staff is taking forever to assist every customer that lost their luggage. Not even a back up staff to assist and neither a glass of water being offered. We’re hungry lining up and he doesn’t even care

Now your staff is talking @WestJet that our luggage missed our flight despite the fact that we were the ones who checked our bags first. Your staff in LA failed to load our bags. Jeezzzz. What kind of staff do you guys have???? Are they stupid??????

@WestJet I can do that. My only concern is that your staff doesn’t even know how to check where the hell our luggages are. What kind of system does @WestJet has that your staff couldn’t even say where was it lost???

@Mis_Nim @TELUS @TELUSsupport File a complaint with CCTS. That is what I did with Rogers. They will not listen to your claims at all if you will not do that.

And then another negative from @WestJet … I just arrived from LA only to find out that my luggage was lost and their ground staff is taking forever to assist us all who’s luggages were lost, too. Jeezzz. Still the worst. Again and again…

Fellow frequent flyers, avoid @FlyANA_official at all cost if you can. Service is worst. Too late now for me to back out. I will go to a different airline if I knew this is the kind of service they are offering. My experience will serve as your eye of what you will be getting

@FlyANA_official hi there. My partner told me you have the best service. Unfortunately, it seems like the other way around. I tried checking in my flight for tomorrow by almost 10 times and seems like your system is the problem. I tried the chat which is 10 times worse.

@WestJet , please teach this lady the proper manners of a real flight attendant. Of all your flight attendants I met on my flight, she is very rude and I perceived her way of dealing with me as racist.

It’s a good thing that I only have $800 left on my travel bank that @WestJet refused to refund me back. I won’t fly with them anymore unless they are the only airline that exist in the world.

Disorganized boarding. There was a line but I didn’t know why your ground crew accommodated those that hurrying up to board that never fall in line despite the fact that we are all in the same zone. @WestJet

Funny and the worst experience ever with @WestJet . I already input all the details when I checked in. I didn’t know why a passport is still required to be shown here in Calgary but not in Vancouver. Redundant and condescending ground staff. #worstcanadianairline #westjet
