I built an army of AI agents that pull the most motivated seller leads daily for me. Probates, fire damage, real-time condition ranking using satellite images, & more. It took me 4 hours to build & is a cheat code. Comment "Scrape" & I'll DM you a step-by-step sheet on building your own.

I think the housing market will depreciate 40% in the next four years. The housing market correction will affect markets differently. Here is what I forecast for individual cities. LA - down 10% Seattle - down 8% Bay Area - down 7% Las Vegas - down 60% Phoenix - down 45% Denver - down 30% Dallas - down 40% Austin - down 50% Kansas City - down 10% Twin Cities - down 12% Chicago - down 15% Detroit - down 20% Cleveland - down 10% New York City - down 8% Boston - down 5% DMV - down 10% Nashville - down 25% Atlanta - down 20% Charlotte - down 15% Tampa - down 60% Jacksonville - down 65% Miami - down 20% The snowbird and transient cities are going to get hit the hardest in the housing correction. The coastal and flyover areas will be the most stable.

@cryptopunk7213 I mean ya if you underprice a home you will get multiple offers. It’s how a market works. Most sellers are unrealistic about their price, this seller priced his home undervalue and the market reacted as such.

just so you know how insane this was: he listed the house on tuesday and SIGNED THE SALE CONTRACT ON SUNDAY. 5 days. this shit usually takes MONTHS.

i mean this story is insane. man used chatgpt to sell his house in 5 DAYS. got 5 offers in 72 hours. no real estate agents. saved so much money doing it too. he used AI to: > price the house (researched neighboring properties for sale) > wrote up the legal contracts (saving him $500/hr lawyers) > best part: MARKETED the fucking property for him (usually you pay estate agents for their network of buyers - ChatGPT did all of this) i honestly thought sales people would be hard for AI to replace (you need to know people) but apparently not
Dexerto@Dexerto

Florida man sold his house in just 5 days after letting ChatGPT handle the entire process instead of a real estate agent The AI handled pricing, marketing, showings, and even helped draft the contract

🚨🔥RFK JUST SAID IT: THE “CONSPIRACY THEORISTS” WERE RIGHT ALL ALONG — ABOUT EVERYTHING. UNREAL. BOOOM! [VIDEO] 🚨 🔥 Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has detonated a political earthquake by confirming that the so-called “conspiracy theories” about COVID, chemical trails, and government deception were not theories at all — they were the cold, hard truth, deliberately hidden from the public. 🚨🔥 THE MOMENT THE LIES COLLAPSED FOLLOW ME, THE NEXT DROP WILL BE SHOCKING

It’s been a hell of a few weeks… Satanic Pedophile Rings are real Cannibalism is real Kurt Cobain was murdered Charles Manson was part of the MK Ultra experiment & used the same techniques on his followers as were used on him The Iraq War wasn’t about weapons of mass destruction, it was a front to steal ancient artefacts related to Gilgamesh Trump was an FBI informant against Epstein Pizzagate is real Q was right Epstein didn’t kill himself & could still be alive. The FBI erased the jail footage, created the death certificate the day before the death & wheeled out a stretcher with boxes and sheets… 2020 Election was stolen And the MSM has managed to put the masses in a trance and basically hide all of this with nonstop coverage about one woman going missing last week We mostly knew all of it already, but watching it being exposed in real time is quite a ride. I’m drained… Good night my friends ❤️

My @openclaw is now fully running the inbound side of my real estate business via @gohighlevel CRM via API I don't think people understand how unrecognizable the real estate industry is going to be in just a few months. CRM management alone is a full time job that used to cost me $50k+ a year. Even if I was running this whole thing on Opus 4.6 it would cost me $10k/yr On MiniMax M2.5 it's less than $1,000/yr CC @steipete @ValeryCanada

Ok fine - maybe you don't want to listen to me. I'm just a 25-year-old on the internet. But maybe you'll listen to them. I documented every major warning from the people actually building AI. Every CEO. Every founder. They're all saying the same thing. Read this slowly: • Mustafa Suleyman, CEO of Microsoft AI: "Being a lawyer, an accountant, a project manager, a marketing person - most of those tasks will be fully automated by AI within 12 to 18 months." • Elon Musk: "AI and robots will replace all jobs. Working will be optional." Called AI his "biggest fear." • Dario Amodei, CEO of Anthropic: AI will eliminate 50% of entry-level white-collar jobs. Unemployment could hit 20%. Called it "unusually painful." Then said: "Most lawmakers are unaware this is about to happen." • Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI: "Some areas, I think just like totally, totally gone." Said changes that normally take 75 years will be compressed into a short period. Admitted he loses sleep over it. • Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia: "Every job will be affected, and immediately. It is unquestionable." • Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase: "It will eliminate jobs. People should stop sticking their head in the sand." Warned mass AI layoffs without safeguards could trigger "civil unrest." Said he'd welcome a government ban on mass-firing for AI. • Stuart Russell (author of the most-used AI textbook in history): Political leaders are "staring 80% unemployment in the face". • Kai-Fu Lee, VC & former head of Google China: Called predictions of 50% job displacement by 2027 "uncannily accurate." These aren't journalists. These aren't influencers. These aren't politicians trying to get elected. These are the people building it. Funding it. Deploying it. And not one of them is saying your job is safe.

BIGGEST CASE IN COLORADO HISTORY AND THE MEDIA IS SILENT, DOJ AUSA COVERS IT UP AND IT COULD TAKE DOWN THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE OF THE COLORADO JUDICIARY. I cannot sleep after reading and looking at the evidence… that is how big it is. Why does @9news not cover big corruption cases that rock the entire state? Why are they hiding it? @CBSNewsColorado doesn’t either, although they are somewhat better… the Christopher Gregory case is the most important case that should rock the entire states power structure. The bribery, coverups, self dealing, sexual misconduct engulfs Governor Polis, Phil Weiser, ALL of the Colorado Supreme Court justices, nearly all of the denver city and county court judges, appeals court judges, lawyers, DAs, clerks, and staff members. How does a case with this much evidence not get the entire DOJ and FBI not result in seizing records and wholesale arrests? This is literally the Epstein of criminal cartel activity by the Colorado judiciary and executive branch. Ah that’s right.. the DOJ Colorado Assistant US Attorney is married to the Colorado Supreme Court Justice, Mellissa Hart who resigned in Jan of 2026 because of this case… Now are you getting it? We have become their slaves and they all are a part of the crime family. Imagine how many cases they threw or punished the defendants because of all this? Wait, did you think their criminal activity just extended outside the courtroom? @CivilRights @realDonaldTrump if you want Polis to pay for his crimes, start with the treasure trove of evidence and the crimes committed by him and about 40 others including conveniently Coomer’s attorney. Easiest arrests and case, documented by an insider of over 20 years. Case file will be posted for all to tear apart today. You have never seen something so obvious, with so many people involved. Well except Epstein… but they hid that too. Christopher Gregory case… wow.

Remember this: in order for someone to strip your rights/privacy they must have a suitable moral justification. The latest moral justification is child protection. The reason this works is because child protection is obviously important and necessary. Only a monster wouldn’t want children protected. So under this guise, this moral shield, they can strip freedoms from you, and push towards their actual objective which is complete and total surveillance and control over global dialogue and communication. The ability to dehuman, censor, and utterly eliminate anyone who dissents. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. Your voice silenced and snuffed to the wind. Total mastery of the game board.
Autism Capital 🧩@AutismCapital

@CryptoSense_2 Highly doubt it. There is a global push for a maximally surveilled deanonymized internet. They are doing it under the guise of child safety (which is real and important) because it provides a moral cover of the real objective which is complete narrative control and censorship.
