@arpancj It’s a bit of a hassle. You need to follow this: wise.com/help/articles/… The steps are a bit cumbersome, so we try to avoid Wise until they make it easier.

Does anyone have experience with clients sending money via wise.com ? Money was sent by a client and it was deposited as INR in our account. Unless I can show that it was a forex transfer, I would need to pay GST on this amount.

What is this new scam @UberINSupport ? Taking money upfront saying it’s a holding amount that would only be charged upon completing a trip. Then proceeds to charge you anyway, cos you were unable to find a ride.

@space_dacait Also a iA Writer user, but I see that @isnav and @sahilk have already recommended that. But these days I often find myself relying on cloud based tools like Notion which comes with its own collaboration advantages.

what’s a really good markdown editor on mac? currently using macdown - are there much better tools i am missing out on?

@xAbhishek 👋 on Mastodon. But it’s not really about Twitter, but rather a realisation of how profoundly these apps/services have re-programmed me.

As a side-effect of Twitter breaking its 3rd party app APIs I’ve realised that as soon as I return to my phone’s home screen, my thumb just involuntarily launches Tweetbot and tries to refresh the timeline. And I’m just *unable* to stop my finger from doing that over and over. 😟
