Actually it's not racist it's anti racist. This is restorative justice. It's fair and equitable. You might see it as racist towards whites by letting non whites off for crimes which you'd be heavily punished, and you might even see it as racist towards non whites to assume that they're not in control of their actions by the very nature of not being white and thus need lesser sentencing as a result. But I assure you, that's because you're white, you far-right, bigoted, racist, white supremacist colonizer.
