The stock market is in what I believe is a historic,final parabolic leg of a 44 yr secular bull market.I am raising some of my targets as follows: SPX 10,000, Nasdaq Comp 36,000, DJIA 67,000, RUT 4000, QQQ 950, SMH 800, gold $7000 & silver $200. My other targets remain unchanged.

$MSTR - STRATEGY SLASHES DEBT WITH $1.5B BUYBACK
Strategy repurchased $1.5 billion of convertible notes at an 8% discount, cutting total convertible debt from $8.2 billion to $6.7 billion.
The company also raised capital to buy 24,869 bitcoin, bringing total holdings to 843,738 BTC. Strategy now holds $871 million in cash reserves.
CFO Andrew Kang called the move “equity and credit positive.”

Completely agree ... resting heart rate is one of the most underrated predictors of long-term health.
A lower RHR reflects better cardiovascular fitness, strong autonomic nervous system balance, and good mitochondrial health. After reviewing over 100 clinical trials on Parkinson’s and brain aging, I’ve seen how poor heart rate variability and higher resting heart rates often track with increased neuroinflammation and faster cognitive decline.
The best ways I’ve seen to train it down effectively are consistent Zone 2 cardio, good sleep, stress management, and maintaining muscle mass. It’s a simple number on your watch that quietly tells you how well your entire system is aging.

Here's what I think is going to happen:
Anthropic: Best models for running businesses
Google: Best models for everyday people + creatives
SpaceXAI: Biggest Hyperscaler by far
OpenAI: Probably cooked unless they pull a rabbit out of a hat

Your entire life will change when you realize that nobody is thinking about you. I often wonder how many extraordinary people waste their entire lives fearing the judgement of people who were never even thinking about them in the first place. Fearing a spotlight that was never even on. Performing for an audience that was never even there. Because the truth is that you aren't afraid of failure. Not really. You're afraid of other people seeing you fail. You're afraid of what other people will think of you if you fail. But nobody is thinking about you. Everybody is too busy thinking about themselves. So, that thing you've always wanted to do? Go do it.
