The well-known Minesweeper recently published a reconstruction of a PvE map. According to him, the original image (an in-game screenshot) was sent to him by a friend. This friend is part of the Modding Community and creates/created skins — which means it wouldn't take much effort for him to create a high-quality fake. While information regarding a PvE mode has been confirmed by two independent sources, we should remain skeptical despite these claims. Minesweeper, just like the rest of us, is susceptible to misinformation. It is often difficult not to believe leaks that have been so meticulously crafted.
