@toddsaunders End to end software platform for specialty custom fabricstors

I know multiple founders booking 50+ calls/mo from LinkedIn.
But content alone won't get you there.
I know because I've built the full system for dozens of them.
Content + DMs + lead magnets all working together.
That combination is what's filling calendars right now.
So...
I mapped the entire LinkedIn scaling journey into one pdf.
From "posting into darkness" at 0 calls/month to running a full authority flywheel at 20-50 calls/month.
It goes over20 categories across 4 stages:
1. What to post and how your content strategy should evolve
2. When to start DMing and how many to send
3. Which metrics actually matter at each stage
4. The red flags that mean you're stuck and don't even realize it
5. The ONE thing to focus on at every stage to graduate to the next
Every single cell is specific and tactical and it's got everything you need.
Comment "CALLS" and I'll send it over.

@CJ_Purnell No US made. One small issue that we fixed ourselves. Otherwise no problems
English

@spencil_ Ah probably a lot different than a printer then. How has the first one performed? Much maintenance? Is it from China too?
English

@CJ_Purnell I already have one of them so it's just to increase capacity. It's our compression molding press
English

@spencil_ For me it would be redundancy/reliability. If I could house a set of two of them and had the knowledge/skills to fix an issue sure but having the machine go down and waiting three weeks for the part to come or pay for the tech to come... My clients don't wait like that. What eq?
English

@zanehengsperger @parthingle_x Claude has combined 4 different systems that speak to each other in a way that nothing in my industry even comes close to
English

@toddsaunders Excited to see what's coming here 🔥

The YC for blue collar builders is happening.
Can’t wait to show you what I’ve been working on.
These builders have domain expertise and understand better than any software developer the niche solutions and workflows that better their business.
The problem was that in the past they had to hire a developer or ask their take off software to build it.
Neither of which were economically feasible to do and maintain.
But inference has changed all of that.
Blue collar builders are the future.
Wordpress developers customized solutions for internet 1.0
Shopify developers built plug ins and widgets for internet 2.0
But the future belongs to applications built by the trades.
Stay tuned for a much bigger announcement :)

@Glavin_ID @BradKirschbaum @SchroedsBiz @CJ_Purnell @connorpera @jrlawrance1 @beeseewell We are design-build architectural signage, wayfinding, and large format graphics. We do full signage and grpahics packages for multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate campuses.
We also do wholesale ADA sign manufacturing for other sign companies.
English

@BradKirschbaum @SchroedsBiz @CJ_Purnell @connorpera @jrlawrance1 @spencil_ @beeseewell What’s everyone’s expertise on this thread? We are experts in durable labels, nameplates, and graphics, roll labels, label printers and facility/real estate signs. We do a little bit of everything for the right customers and projects but focus mostly on these areas.
English

Is @connorpera the only printer I know on X? How can that be true?
If you’re in printing, say hello to us 👋🏼 👇🏼

I just fed my entire LinkedIn lead magnet system to Claude Opus 4.6.
The same one that:
- Generated 370,000+ impressions in 20 days
- Set record breaking course sales for my info client
- Scaled a Skool community from 0-> 370+ members
- Booked me 7 sales calls with 1 post
The output was unreal.
And since LinkedIn is running the same playbook Facebook ran in 2012...
(throttling organic reach to push you toward paid traffic)
... creators with 50,000+ followers are getting 600 impressions on normal posts.
The ONLY format consistently breaking through:
Lead magnets.
And now, I plugged my entire lead magnet system into Anthropic's new Opus 4.6.
And it gave me these 5 plug-in-play prompts.
One for ideation
One for packaging
One for content creation
One for post creation
One for DM scripting
I built this as an internal system for my agency.
But I'm sharing it free for the next 48 hours.
If you want it:
1. Comment "PROMPTS"
2. Follow me so i can DM
I'll send it over ASAP.
PS
RT this and I'll also send you 9 PROVEN plug & play lead magnet templates to go viral with on LinkedIn.

I just automated my LinkedIn outbound using Claude.
No these posts are ALL lying.
BUT I did build a Claude prompt vault to help you build a custom outbound system
Most people waste hours every day on LinkedIn outbound:
Manually searching for prospects
Copying and pasting the same messages
Forgetting to follow up Losing track of conversations
I built a system that does ALL of this for you.
Here's what I've packaged into this vault:
→ Content Avatar Prompt – identifies your exact ICP in a few minutes
→ Sales Navigator List Building – finds your dream prospects
→ Initial DM Messages – personalized openers
→ Follow-Up Sequences – custom nurture messages
→ Positive Reply Handler – converts interested prospects into booked calls
You can set this up in under an hour with my prompts!
I'm giving away my complete Claude prompt vault that runs my entire outbound system.
Want it?
Follow me
Comment "CLAUDE"
I’ll DM it to you soon!

@zanehengsperger Almost pulled the trigger on a compression molding press that was about the same weight but we were not confident the concrete floors in our shop would be able to sustain the weight.
English

@daichi_ishi Right now I can use this tool to get all quantities, which flows directly into the estimating software that I built.
English

@spencil_ Wow, yeah if you can structure that data consistently I can see that flowing to automating cost estimates, invoices, project specs, etc. Super high leverage!
English

@soundslikecanoe I'm very close to ditching a lot of outside softwares and just using our own internal tools I have built. Love seeing what you have
English

Finally got to a point where we using our new vibe coded OS for all internal processes / client work.
We are ditching:
Notion
Frame
Google Docs
(parts of) Slack
Claude Skills
Zapier
Will soon be ditching:
Forecasting spreadsheets
Meta reporting apps
Only took two straight months of vibe coding and terrible sleep

English

@daichi_ishi Ya I built it in the last couple of weeks. It's a small part of the full ERP I've been working on
We upload a PDF of the floorplans and (right now) manually place signs everywhere they go. Currently training an AI model to learn where to put them on its own.
English

@spencil_ This looks cool!
Did you build this whole thing yourself? At a glance looks like analyze floor plan and identify signage requirements/opportunities?
Or are the opps already identified somewhere and this is basically just reading that in?
English

@zanehengsperger After nesting do you store the shape files in your inventory of scrap or leftover materials to be fed back into the stock?
English

technology will enable exponential manufacturing output and efficiency at scale
i asked our competitors how they did this and they said its all done by human and really is a guessing game
this is bad for manufacturers. if you combine math and machine learning (like nox nest does), you can optimize for pricing, schedule widening, lead times, predictive demand/inventory, etc bc its actually impossible for humans to do
so that means when you get a plate of 7075 cut to size there's basically zero technology applied to optimization so you pay for the lack of machine intelligence
the theoretical problem we are solving for has more possible combinations than atoms on earth
the difference now which wasnt possible a few years ago is just how much of that space you can intelligently search
machine learning trained on thousands of real cuts with closed loop verified feedback from quote to saw to your cnc machines... lets nox nest prune the irrelevant 99.99% and focus compute on the candidates that fit your spec, temper, etc with a degree of confidence
Zane Hengsperger@zanehengsperger
our internal software considered 2,687 ways to cut this order this was a simple one and it learns to get better every time with real human operator feedback based on time, consumables, quantity, and even customer needs
