Just teach the course and hope for the best. That’s exactly what’s currently happening. It works for maybe 10% of students.
The thing is, we have the Chromebooks. The programs exist to individualize learning. We just have to get the programs on the Chromebooks and train teachers to act as guides. They can focus on motivation and mentoring instead of delivering content, grading, and other duties that take time away from the students.

I would propose a simpler solution: stop promising to address individual needs, and be clear that what schools offer is COURSES. There's no "meeting needs." We teach what we teach. If you need extra help, there's a course for that. If you're advanced, take the next course.
