Week 1 on Retatrutide:
All craving and desire for food or alcohol has been erased. When I eat or drink I am not grossed out, can still enjoy the experience, but I have no dopamine rush from food or alcohol anymore.
Extremely diminished appetite. Can basically fast until dinner time and only have a small dinner. I basically just eat eggs and sausage for dinner and don’t care.
I used to want to drink a few glasses of wine every night alone. I have no desire for this anymore. I only have 1 drink socially, and cut myself off because alcohol seems to affect me more.
I still have as much energy as I did before the peptide. I am lifting with no problems at the gym, hitting new PRs, still able to take long walks.
My metabolism has actually increased rather than slowed down.
Only negative side effects: first day after injecting I am excessively thirsty. Just chug electrolytes. Had alcoholic 2 drinks on day 1 of injection and felt sick the next day. So just really stick to 1 drink max.
Down 4 pounds after one week.

I keep seeing beautiful girls and the rational response would be relief like ‘nice, yet another gorgeous lady’ no pressure, plenty of these gals.
But instead urgency immediately sets in and I’m like ‘yep she’s the one’ look at her freckles no one else like her.
