@KotakCares was supposed to get the new debit card in November 2025 but never received it. We kept getting "your card is on the way" messages. We called many times and even went to a branch but no one resolved this issue. Never experienced this level of dismal customer service.

@AkasaAir I booked a Flexi return ticket (Pune -Bengaluru) but I only see free seats on Pune to Bengaluru leg. Even with the Flexi fare, I need to pay extra for Bengaluru - Pune flight. Why is that? What's the point of getting a Flexi ticket then?

@TATAAIGIndia I submitted claim docs via email per your instructions but never received an acknowledgement. It's been 2 days. If you tell customers to submit docs on time, you should have the decency to send acknowledgement. If I have to call you to confirm, what's the point?

@KotakCares @KotakBankLtd I don't have access to my money in another country. I can't call your "customer service" because my Indian number is unavailable. Without a warning, how do you block my card and THEN my account when I have been traveling since Apr 17 with the same card? WORST "service".

@KotakCares I'm traveling in the US & my debit card has been blocked without warning. I turned on the Intl. card controls & used the same card in Mexico for 1 month. There was no "fraudulent activity" email from you. Now the app is also blocked. Can you explain? @KotakBankLtd
