@LegacyGrower@gofishh77 He entered a Changes program in December of 2025 ,was approved for release. He might be out now ,or within the next 30 days. From TDCJ
Looks like the driver, William Sam Crum remains in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) system under inmate number 02127551, and his parole review status shows he is not currently in active parole review (consistent with still being incarcerated).
Was eligible for parole in late '24, must've been denied.
Looks like he'll be celbrating his 80th birthday in prison, and spent his entire 70s there.
This is nuts! The elderly man doesn’t like a motorcycle passing on a double yellow lane highway and uses his vehicle to show it. He ended up getting 15 years in prison for this. I wonder if he cares now.
@GeorgeJSaliba Putting him on blast with video is just asking for dot 3 brake fluid sprinkled all over the lot of cars..Talk to him yourself ,and let him go. Do this and you are asking for it
NEW: Providence HC Bryan Hodgson with a LEGENDARY quote in his introductory press conference:
“If you ever wanna question my recruiting abilities just look at my wife Jordan." 😂
@SandraMorefiel1@4thOfJuly365 Looks like it was a force out situation. Catcher made no attempt to tag runner. He was only concerned with stepping on home ,then going to assess the next move
Car mechanic explains why he has to pay for a $10k scanner and thousands in subscription fees and gets annoyed when people ask why repairs cost so much.
@jedirich_@CircaLasVegas It's the ID check for me. It's not about keeping out the underage ,it's about information. They check people in their 50s and up. Plus you can take your kids and wife to dinner there. So it's not 21 and over
Vegas is “dead”… or did it finally grow up?
First thing you hit at Circa?
ID check.
No kids. No strollers. No Clark Griswold dragging the family through a sportsbook asking where the buffet is.
And what happens next?
Wall-to-wall energy.
Five straight minutes walking through—packed, loud, every game hitting, every reaction real.
Sheldon Adelson said it years ago—“weed out the riffraff.” He raised the stakes, upgraded the shops, pushed Vegas up-market.
Now Derek Stevens is doing it Downtown.
Post-pandemic, Downtown turned into a magnet for cheap flights, bargain rooms, and people chasing the lowest-priced meal they could find.
That’s why prices went up.
The loss leaders got abused. The “Griswolds” came in looking to stretch a dollar across the entire trip—and the model broke.
So what happened?
They flipped it.
Higher prices. Tighter entry. Better experience.
Not to gouge— but to filter, to reset.
As Shelly would say, “This is how you weed out the riffraff.”
You found the house of your dreams online, but when you went to see it in person, this is what you saw.
How are you supposed to use the garage? Hope it was a good deal.
@SharpFootball Guy in the stands ,white hoodie ,1st or 2nd row ,about the top of the key chose not to watch the final play that was directly in front of him
@GibArtemisSkin@neocon53@gotrice2024 While it does exist ,Costco's probable cause to hold him would be he didn't want to show his receipt. That isn't probable cause to hold someone under shopkeeper's privilege
This man is convinced he’s at Walmart and not Costco. When you sign up for a membership at Costco, it clearly states in the agreement you signed off on that they are allowed to check your receipt.
When this man was trying to leave Costco, he refused to show his receipt and as expected they wouldn’t let him leave. He then creates a scene and accuses them of accusing him of stealing and detaining him against his will.
They push his cart inside the store and call for a manager. Do you think this guy really thought he could walk out without showing his receipt, do you think he might be one of those guys looking for a lawsuit?
@neocon53@gotrice2024 Showing your receipt holds the same weight of law as you must wear a red hat when exiting the store. they can't hold you or your cart for not wearing the red hat ,they just need to revoke your membership.
@gotrice2024 It doesn't matter what you signed. If the detain you it's kidnapping, if they take your cart it's theft. They can revoke your membership or trespass you, they cannot do this. Period. The man is right.
@neocon53@gotrice2024 Finally someone gets it correct. While i probably wouldn't get along with the guy ,he is correct. Doesn't matter what the terms say.Costco needs to either hold him for shopkeepers privilege if they think he stole ,or let him go. The receipt showing is a Costco policy ,not a law.
