Experiencing the biggest customer service nightmare of my life for the past 2 months. Buyer beware, NEVER purchase a major appliance with an extended warranty from @BestBuy. Their support is horrendous. @BestBuySupport Fridge has not cooled in 3 weeks and no one has been out.

@onepeloton after waiting 5 weeks for my bike, the delivery window was never communicated to me and I missed it. After several days of calling I was now informed the next available delivery date was 8/31! Unacceptable. I’m paying $2,200 for a bike and this is so frustrating!
