Its that time of year again where the hyped winter outlooks are starting to appear. Keep in the back of your mind that it is late July, not close to winter. Computer models seem to be doing #Geneieve a disservice by underestimating its current/future intensity. IR imagery reveals a small nascent eye which is a common characteristic of low end hurricanes primed for RI. I suspect we get a C4 and wouldn’t exactly rule out a C5 either.
