@AmazonHelp I'm trying to set up Alexa voice ID for my son. When we try using an echo, it didn't offer his profile as an existing one to choose, but then wouldn't let me add a profile as one already exists. When I try with the Alexa App, we can't get past the second question...
@sainsburys Just checked this on my Nectar app again. Interesting that you've "fixed" this not by bringing the nectar price below the without nectar price, but instead increasing the without nectar price to £2.30!

@sainsburys How often are your self-serve scales calibrated? These regularly show 142g before you've put anything on the scales. How many people are you overcharging for fruit and veg when they don't notice?
@sainsburys I don't have time to hunt round the store for the duty manager because you've not bothered checking them. I've flagged to staff on the shop floor before and just been directed to use a different set.
@virginmedia my broadband has gone down. Your service checker has finally shown there's a problem, but when I click the link to register for compensation it doesn't work.
@pebblebee I've got a tag attached to my suitcase. Battery ran out some time ago (much less than the advertised time). I've gone to charge it as I'm travelling in a couple of days but there's no light coming on when I connect the charger & still nothing after charging overnight.
@British_Airways I've entered and saved my hotel details several times. I've gone back in and checked after entering and they've been saved. Now they've gone again. Why do you keep removing them?
