A few weeks ago we lost my mom. At her funeral I looked behind me only to see some of my @F3Nation pals sitting there. They took the time to drive 90 miles to support me. They had never met mom. They were there, without being asked. That’s F3.

12 years ago today my buddy @AdamD_Apple_F3 introduced me to the men of the @F3Nation and my life was forever changed. With my back injury I’m no longer able to post for the workouts, but the guys I’ve met in the gloom always have my back.
