@classpass I had a terrible experience with ClassPass today, and I canceled my membership. A reservation that I had made at a soul cycle somehow got canceled and i went all the way over there to try to take the class. I’m very unhappy with this experience.

@soulcycle I had a terrible experience at soul cycle West Hollywood and will not be going back. The person at the desk made no effort to make my experience better.
