Seeing people say stuff like “how did those people vote?” In regards to a town in Ohio being poisoned & lied to is unsurprising, still ghoulish. political theater shit has rotted people’s brains past the point of repair. If nothing else, there are children among those people.

Beyond that, how do people not yet understand that some similar shit absolutely will pop off where you live, if it hasn’t happened already. We’re all going to be equal victims of corporate greed and neglect and its varied damage, be it slow or immediate

If society was less punishment-obsessed (in pretty much every way imaginable) it could lead to a real improvement in urgent action, simply by aligning with big picture thinking of “this thing could/will come for me the same way it came for the people who didn’t vote like I did”

@EricTopol @CDCgov @CDCMMWR CDC "plan" tells immune compromised who don't make adequate antibodies to get vaccinated and protect ourselves. That's why we needed Evusheld and other monoclonal antibodies: we don't make antibodies to infections or vaccines. We can't protect ourselves enough from the unmasked.
