I think its not practical to enforce restricting vehicle entry between 7AM-11PM. what if someone entered the city before 7AM but unable to leave the city due to traffic and gets stuck. We need to learn to stay away from heavy vehicles. How do we transport goods to grocery stores,various businesses in the city? we need to co-operate with each other by maintaining space.
