It’s crazy that our 10y boys basketball team and their amazing families were legitimately afraid to go back to our @Hyatt hotel in Fort Wayne tonight because of the managers that work there and how threatened the kids and adults felt. No one will choose this Hyatt again.

@Hyatt we are in Fort Wayne, IN for a kids basketball tournament and the way our boys and the parents have been treated by the Hyatt Place staff is unsafe and unacceptable. Filed a complaint already but you should be ashamed to have that property in your portfolio.

Our @AmericanAir flight attendant just walked back and brought my 9 year old son a can of Doritos, just because. We didn’t ask. It’s the little things. Customer service matters.

@AmericanAir What do you propose to do to make up for this? Still sitting here, 7 hours later. My kids will now miss their Christmas present at Disney tomorrow. I’m so disappointed. I’ve never experienced anything like this in all my years of travel.

@AmericanAir I am #conciergekey and super loyal. I have never experienced such ineptitude in all my travels with you. 5.5 hour delay, now back at gate for fuel, not even offered water. Terrible communication. Do better.
