@itaysk @urieli17 This is what I understood as well. Markdown for semi-structured input and for outputs that get pushed to the next agent in the chain. HTML for human consumption. It costs more tokens but has more information density.

My Coding agent did this last night. It tried to fix a broken Github Actions build by debugging locally instead of checking what went wrong in the remote build.

@shakedko This app helps review markdown content created by agents. I have used this technique for other projects as well. It scales pretty well. The reason I only ran it for 8 hours was because I ran out of features to build.

לפני שנה התקנתי את Claude Code ומאז לא הסתכלתי לאחור. המהירות שבה עברתי לכתיבת קוד מבוססת Agents היא בלתי נתפסת. אפשר להחליף את הכלי אבל אי אפשר כבר לחזור אחורה ולכתוב הכל "ידנית". השינוי הזה כל כך רדיקלי שהוא מעלה המון מחשבות על ה-Best practices של תכנות שלמדנו בתואר. קחו למשל את ההעדפה של קוד מפורש על פני אבסטרקציות מתוחכמות. אם פעם נלחמנו כדי למנוע כל כפילות בקוד, היום אני מוצאת שלפעמים עדיף קוד שטוח ופשוט שקל לאייג'נט להבין ולתחזק, מאשר היררכיה גנרית ומורכבת מדי שמסבכת את הקונטקסט. אין לי עדיין את כל התשובות, אבל התחושה היא שאנחנו לומדים על בשרנו וכותבים ממש עכשיו את ה-Best practices הבאים של עולם התוכנה.

@MHorovicz @Avi__mualem I actually noticed that the real “best practices” have become even more important with agentic coding. In fact, I am teaching a full day - hands on workshop about this next month.

@ya_ronen I’m curious about how you teach taste. I tried unsuccessfully to learn how to design things and I was able to pickup the technical aspects and even the human psychology aspects, but I had a hard time with learning good taste.

Funny - a vendor shared a microsoft 365 file with me. Now I'm involuntarily a guest member of their organization. Now when I try to login into Microsoft Azure - no dice - need to contact the IT administrator of a company I don't work for. Such a common issue it seems well documented online... but solution is proving difficult - any ideas?
