@ChShersh I think it's hard to judge people from just questions. If possible maybe do a small (remote) pairing session on a small problem with a few of the team. That way you really understand how they work and communicate and how you relate to that.

What questions would you ask during the interview to ensure that the team you're going to join is supportive, collaborative and healthy in general? I know you can ask basic cultural questions, but how can you understand that you will actually fit in there?

@AlistairBuzz But seriously, could you make it even faster with a smaller monad stack? Do you need as many levels as you have? I presume you are using Polysemy?

Is there an easy way to find #Haskell live streams on Twitch? Searching yields nothing? Am I using it wrong?

@a_kompos @wjlow Sometimes I just watch these to learn shortcuts and different ways of doing things. They are also great for motivating you to do more Haskell.
