@Kriskirb My mother in law was discharged from hospital after being diagnosed with terminal cancer. No care package at all. The "the business manager " at the hospital seemed to think that was ok.

My mums about to be discharged from hospital after 5 days trying to sort a rapid heart rate out. No cause identified. No care package in place. She is 93yrs old. Is this acceptable for the NHS these days ? #nhs
