This EGM is diagnostic of a focal arrhythmia arising from the His Bundle/AV node due to an AHHA response following successful atrial overdrive pacing, consistent with Junctional Ectopic Tachycardia. Read more 👉 lttr.ai/Ap4yW #Epeeps #EPFellows #ECG

#Epeeps, this PVC x.com/evgeny_lyan/st… is parahisian. 👉Positive I (LV-summit, LCC/RCC unlikely) 👉QS in V1 (LV-summit unlikely) 👉Early V-transition (RVOT unlikely) 👉ATV3🤔 can be seen both in LCC/RCC and Parahisian! ➡️Excitation away from V1, V2 toward more caudal V3. #EP_Kiel @veramasloo @ThomasDemming

Visible arcing was observed when PFA was delivered adjacent to metallic LAAO devices, with notable inter-platform and distance differences in an in-vitro model. What does this mean for ablation safety and real-world workflows? #PFA #EPeeps #LAAO @TheSteigasaurus @MaxCollMD

🔎Case Spotlight: Imaging and Mapping in PFA. In this clip Julian Chun examines the role of imaging and mapping in Pulse Field Ablation (PFA) procedures. Drawing on Swiss registry data, they compare fluroscopy-guided workflows with and without 3D mapping, highlighting shorter procedure times and Left Atrial Dwell times without adding mapping. No improvement in rhythm outcomes was observed, supporting the conclusion that additional mapping may not add value in straight forward cases. The discussion then turns to durable PVI, emphasising waveform selection, catheter design, tissue contact and application strategy, with fluroscopy confirming effective leaflet contact in challenging anatomies. This video is supported by Boston Scientific. #ArrhythmiaAcademy #PVI #PFA
