Side questing to build a $1M startup being a full time headhunter in 🇭🇰 https://t.co/NF4jNqOo74

One satisfying decision changed everything. 10 days ago I started building in public. Recording videos. Sharing everything. After months stuck, my account took off. Now at 2700 followers. I kept wondering why it worked for others. Turns out… I just had to start. You can too.

i’m hoping this reaches someone who can help although i don’t think i have any other options i got a call telling me i needed to come to bangkok asap to try and say goodbye to my father (we don’t know how much time is left/if i’ll even make it) my first flight from montreal to toronto was delayed and i missed my connecting flight gate agents said i would get an email within 30m but i haven’t (nor have the people beside me who landed 3h ago) they also made an announcement that no hotel or food vouchers would be given the desks are all closed but the random agent walking around said my only other option is to call. i’ve been on hold for 1.5h i know another option is to just book another flight but the next possible flight w any airline isn’t for another 9 hours and is $12k CAD. the next is 17 hours away seems like there is nothing i can do except wait on hold at the airport and see what they book me but i figured id post this anyways and see what happens i almost feel stupid asking to retweet as i’m not very hopeful, but if you wouldn’t mind it would still mean a lot to me

Austin TX is now back to pre-pandemic apartment rents. Down 21% from peak in summer of 2022. $1,636/month --> $1,288/month (I'm now even seeing 2BRs in some apartments at sub-$1,000) This rental correction is due to a sharp drop in migration/demand, combined with a surge of new apartment development. At this point, Austin has its cheapest rents on record relative to income.
