@HPCanada Bought a brand new laptop on Feb 18, 2026 from @StaplesCanada. Less than 2 months later — dead motherboard. Sent it in for repair. You received it Apr 14. Latest update: parts delay, now expected return May 29. That's 2+ months without a computer I rely on for my business. This is unacceptable. I don't want apologies. I want a replacement. Service Order: BXLF653001 @StaplesCanada — you're not off the hook either. I paid for a 4-year Allstate Protection Plan and you told me to go through HP's warranty instead. What exactly am I paying extra for if not THIS situation?

@StaplesCanada why is the service in the Cornwall, Ontario store so bad? Went in to buy a printer. Had the model on my phone, no one could point me to it. I went in to buy printer ink, couldn't locate it, asked, and was told to check the site. Everytime it's the same. Done.
