in your 20s your focus should indeed be to earn as much money as possible, often times borderling on illegal or dubious things
but you should NOT make it your personality and you should NOT fall for the striver midwit archetype
only do work that intellectually stimulates you in and of itself and that doesnt feel like work (after the first few weeks of friction and honeymoon period, that is)
do not fall for monotonous and repetitive slaving away because "uhh money"
never reject travel, meeting new people
always reject your own biased and preconceptions and stereotypes
most young people overestimate how much money they need to live freely for 10-20yrs
most old people overestimate it too, because they do not undestand compound interest and just general compounding of good decisions
