@thetrickytrade In my experience, HDFC also does this pretty well. Automatic rate adjustments for me at the 1st of the subsequent month. The email takes its own sweet time to arrive but the portal updates within 2-3 business days of the RR cut announcement. One year in and already 3 cuts or so.

Something that SBI does pretty well. 👌 Revise its home loan ROI automatically on the 15th of every month to align with the prevailing RR. No emails, no calls. Two rate cuts since I started mine and both implemented swiftly.

The @AkasaAir A++ seat is superb value for money and totally worth it. On a recent QP flight, I was booked in 1A and by sheer coincidence had the entire A++ cabin to myself. A once in a lifetime experience for an #AvGeek. I am sure you would agree.
