@BaiardoMartina @MGHanesthesia I think the bottom line of the discussion was that the patients’ population in 🇺🇸 is quite different than in 🇪🇺. So people were considering to wait for new studies confirming your data, before changing their practice. Do you think that’s reasonable @BaiardoMartina?

With tremendous joy, I share that our patient who received a gene-edited pig kidney transplant was discharged home today after removal of his dialysis access. We hope that this is a first step that will bring hope to many patients waiting for a kidney transplant #xenotransplant

I would think that the less severe is the patient, the lower may be the best-PEEP change. Healthy lung > best PEEP around 0, regardless the incl
