@ScotRail booking is a mess. Overbooked big tour groups and gave them Reserved seats. The rest of us, they booked tickets but no seats.

@ScotRail Yes. We booked ticket from Oban to Glasgow over a month ago from the states. It would not allow us to reserve seats. When we boarded this am in Oban. Almost all seats had reserve tags from Crainlarich to G. No open seats. I am elderly and they even made me get up for teenage boy
