UPDATE: After an hour talking to John, he was also perplexed on why English is not an option on my roku. He said he was going to escalate the claim and get back to me within 3-5 business days.

UPDATE: they told me to call roku customer service that it was an issue on their end 🤦🏻‍♀️ I told John that was not possible. So he’s “checking up on it”
