Do not buy @StellantisNA Chrystler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep vehicles. My ‘25 Ram has been in the shop for total of 92 days in 16 mos, that’s 19% of time I’ve owned the truck. Tons of software/electrical issues.Currrently day 41 in shop and still no resolution & paying for a lemon

Cars have so much software and engineering issues and let’s make the tow easier from Tesla superchargers to dealership , just saying . I wouldn’t trust this car to go 5 miles in with all issues and buybacks

Dear @StellantisNA Team, It has been over two weeks since I was promised a call from a regional manager, yet I’ve had no communication. My ram 2500 has been out of service for three months, sitting at the dealership, impacting my livelihood. I have made every effort to resolve this directly. I am requesting a response within 48 hours from someone empowered to make decisions. A documented reply is not sufficient. If I do not receive a direct phone call or meaningful path forward in that time, I will take this matter public via local news outlets, along with full documentation from day one. I hope we can resolve this directly, but I will proceed if necessary. I look forward to your prompt reply. @Stellantis @RamTrucks

@Raul_Labrador @StellantisNA How long is considered reasonable to wait for a response after filing Lemon Law documents when the corporation has had the paperwork since mid October 2025? Lemon laws are meant to protect consumers but six months later we still wait while we pay for our vehicle, pay for insurance, and it doesn’t work.

Why would you even think of buying a @StellantisNA @Stellantis when they can't even deliver on the parts needed to fix the broken POS I have now. Which I will be trading as soon as it's repaired and can guarantee it won't be on another of their vehicles
