@tim_siddle Interesting some folk wanting it to come to @Delta too. We flew lots of Delta recently and WiFi was not only fast and free but it required practically no effort at the captive portal. How it should be.

NEWS: UK carrier Virgin Atlantic has brought forward its plans to equip its aircraft with @Starlink Wi-Fi. The original plan was to install Starlink in Q3 of this year, but the revised plan will see the airline's first aircraft with Starlink in May (next month). VA says the first of its aircraft to be equipped with Starlink will be an Airbus A350-1000 aircraft, and the first flight equipped with the system will operate between London Heathrow Airport and New York JFK Airport. Starlink can be installed in a fraction of the time it takes other internet systems to be installed, so the rollout for other aircraft should be relatively quick.

@tim_siddle @VirginAtlantic And so far the replacement Delta experience isn’t great either. It’s definitely time to reconsider. It seems the word Premium is overused now too, instead you’re expected to be grateful for bare minimum. Virgin being born was a gift from BA’s arrogance years ago. The tide turns.

@stevenjenkinson @VirginAtlantic Our colleague told me his recent Club Suites experience on BA was a dream. Virgin is slipping, regrettably, and the brand will suffer. Combine it with elevated points redemptions & big surcharges, it's becoming a questionable investment for loyalty purposes.

What a start to a magical family holiday when @VirginAtlantic cancel ur flight just as you’re stepping out the door with hyper kids. Then mess up the rebooking. A loyal flyer for years, work and pleasure, but no more. It’s when things go wrong that good companies shine. Let down

#BBCFootball Schillaci captured the hearts of kids in 1990 too. I recall being at my local Football Camp for a week in summer 1990 where almost every child wanted to be called Schillaci - you know you’ve made it when friends fall out over who gets to be the hero. RIP.
