Limiting college athletes to one transfer in a five-year window should be matched by limiting coaches to changing jobs of their own volition more than once in a five-year window too.

Currently, when looking at roster spend in the College Basketball NIL world. Most high major schools are spending roughly $8-10M Most mid major schools are spending roughly $1–2M Wish, we could close that gap slightly.
