@TidyWire Somehow you made the same mistakes the original artist did. The lightsaber still sitting on his forearm. It's a 3d cylinder. Not a flat object. To actually wrap the hands around it you need to draw it as such.

@letsgoayo I imagine those are responses to the ppl who are actually saying he can't draw. they probably don't understand or connect with his work if that's their pov. I think Its fine not to appreciate it. But lots of ppl do find his work expansive and important.

I’m not saying that Gary Panter is *bad* at drawing. Come on, grow up. I’m saying that the level and extent to which people find his drawing personally vital and meaningful is limited
