BofA’s Hartnett Sees the Surge in Commodities Lasting for Years Investors should flock into commodities for the next few years as they benefit from global geopolitical and macroeconomic turmoil, according to Bank of America’s Michael Hartnett. Stocks would be replaced by commodities as the biggest winners of the “anything but bonds” trade for the rest of the 2020s as investors seek protection against risk, inflation and a weaker dollar, the strategist wrote. Fiscal excess means that the next few years are “more likely to see bear market rallies in government bonds, but no bull market.” War in the Middle East and the artificial intelligence race have led to a heightened focus on supply chains, as governments seek to limit the fallout for industry and consumers from soaring prices for energy and other natural resources, and try to secure critical minerals, such as rare earths, that are essential for manufacturing and technology. A group of "pro Palestinians" entered a synagogue in Miami to harass Jews, including elderly women who were praying. The behavior of these individuals is absolutely insane. #PalestinianAntisemitism

The man charged with pushing two men onto subway tracks, leaving one man brain dead, was in the country illegally. Bairon Hernandez, 34, originally from Honduras, has a prior conviction in New Jersey for entering the country illegally, and a conviction in Texas for re-entering illegally. Hernandez allegedly pushed the two people onto the tracks just minutes apart, at the Lexington Avenue-63rd Street station on the Upper East Side, on Sunday around 11:30 a.m. He was arrested in Brooklyn at a shelter after police say they received a tip. One of his victims, an 83-year-old man, underwent surgery for brain bleed. Following the surgery, the victim "did not have any brain activity, meaning that he is brain dead." The 83-year-old victim's family told Eyewitness News that he is an Air Force veteran and that he and his wife have been married for 55 years. He has three daughters and 2 granddaughters. abc7ny.com/post/suspect-c…
