1) Mike Piazza - 164 HR
2) Cal Raleigh - 151 HR
3) Yogi Berra - 134 HR
4) Johnny Bench - 133 HR
5) Lance Parrish - 130 HR
Cal Raleigh has not played a single game in his age-29 season yet.

People in the comments seem not to understand that you can easily lose your lunch on a project. It was only a $30k profit margin, it takes one unknown variable to wipe it out.

Because it is very little. 30k, I’ll add, I didn’t share my companies operating cost. But also the risk and inherent challenges that come with providing homes. So many possible things can/do go wrong. I could build this exact home elsewhere and make only 5k. So when builders look at how challenging it is to build a home, they in most cases will just build bigger and more expensive. It’s actually less risk, in most cases.
