Watch Jillian Michaels run circles around a “body positivity” advocate in a debate about excess fat. WOMAN: “You’re saying that it is inherently unhealthy to live in a fat body.” MICHAELS: “Yes.” WOMAN: “Where did you get that evidence?” [Michaels lays out the evidence] MICHAELS: “Have you heard of something called adiposopathy?” WOMAN: “Mmmhmm.” [Answers wrong] MICHAELS: “No, that’s not what it is.” [Educates her] WOMAN: “I want to pause.” MICHAELS: “Of course, you do want to pause because it’s irrefutable. You don’t even know what I’m talking about.” [Audible gasps]

@BigCheds @DeItaone you are asking the wrong question because they don't care about that. The question that will make them care: Who will buy all of their products they are creating with an only AI workforce when no human has the money to buy them because they have no job?

AI COULD AUTOMATE 93% OF U.S. JOB TASKS A new study finds AI could handle parts of 93% of U.S. jobs, potentially shifting $4.5 trillion in labor costs. Researchers analyzed 18,000+ tasks across 1,000 jobs, with software development, finance, management, legal, and office roles most affected. Cognizant CTO Babak Hodjat notes adoption is uneven, but rapid AI breakthroughs—like multimodal and agentic AI—are accelerating automation. Some physical and care jobs, like construction and healthcare support, see smaller but growing AI impact. Impact doesn’t mean job loss: AI augments human work, improving efficiency and output. Globally, AI could influence $15 trillion in labor value, with its capabilities expanding fast.

@GoldTelegraph_ it is a problem, however, there was no way for the economy to grow to this size without some change. They should have figured out a better system vs just dropping the gold standard

@Pentosh1 People on the left and right have good intentions. Politicians on the left and right are a uniparty that do not have many good intentions. They are self serving pieces of shit.

I know I can antagonize a bit and rage bait. This will be my last political post most likely lol But in general I believe both the right and the left have good intentions. Both sides have good things and bad things. I just tend to agree with one more than the other. Too often each side sees things as all or nothing. And sometimes takes the opposing side no matter what bc they don’t like someone. I believe myself to be center right. I have many left views, and a few more right. I can respect discussions based on fact. Not opinions. But a lot of arguments are based on feelings. On top of that. The media is entirely complicit and likely the largest reason for all the hate out there.

Surprise! The Jeff Bezos-owned Washington Post is against my 5% billionaire wealth tax. I wonder why? If enacted, Bezos would owe $12 billion in taxes, and an average family of 4 would receive a $12,000 direct payment. Poor Jeff would be left with just $224 billion to survive.

@Microinteracti1 Puerto Rico. They need jobs and bananas grow well there. They USED to be a net exporter of food. Since they were made eligible for benefits, that "industry" went away. Why not bring it back?

🍌 🤡 A senator just tried to walk the administration into a basic reality check using the most harmless object in capitalism: a banana. “Tariff on bananas?” “Ten percent.” Then comes the part where real life rudely interrupts the talking points. Walmart has already pushed banana prices up 8 percent, which is exactly what you would expect when you tax an import-heavy staple and the cost ripples straight to the shelf. The response, though, is peak slogan economy: “Build in America and there’s no tariff.” Great. Fantastic. Inspirational. Also, bananas are not an app. You cannot onshore a tropical fruit into Ohio through grit, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony. So the exchange lands where it has to land: the policy pitch is “just make it in America,” but the product is literally “grown near the equator.” In other words, the tariff is not a clever negotiating tool in this case. It is just an added cost dressed up as patriotism, with a straight face and no banana plan.

🚨 HIS WIFE WAS FOLLOWED BY COPS FOR 20 MINUTES AT 2AM - SO HE FOLLOWED THEM BACK She just got off work. It’s after 2AM. She notices a patrol car sitting behind her and it doesn’t leave. No lights. No siren. Just trailing her turn after turn for twenty minutes straight. She calls her husband and tells him she feels unsafe. So he doesn’t just stay on the phone. He drives ahead of them, parks and waits. On camera, you see the patrol car pass with his wife still in front. He pulls out and follows them. Moments later, right before she’s near home, the red and blue lights flip on. After twenty minutes of shadowing, that’s when they decide to stop her. He walks up filming and asks, “What did you pull her over for, ma’am?” It’s all on video. Be honest, if your spouse called and said a police car had been trailing them that long in the dark, what would you have done?

The amount of Massie derangement syndrome I’m seeing on X today is staggering especially w these uninformed individuals chasing headlines “MASSIE VOTED AGAINST THE SAVE ACT! HE MUST WANT OPEN BORDERS!” FFS 🤦🏽‍♂️ This is likely the case especially today given his brilliant performance against Blondie who couldn’t answer a direct question (not just from him) but other members during her pathetic testimony today. Fake news is real folks. Exercise caution.
Thomas Massie@RepThomasMassie

There’s a false rumor that I voted against the Save America Act today. I’ll vote for it when it comes to the floor. I voted against a “rule” that allows it to get a vote, but the “rule” also suspends house rules and allows spending bills to come to the floor with no 24hr notice!

SAVE ACT ADVANCES - Massie votes NO of course. 🙄 The House scraped by with a brutal 216-215 vote to pass the rule advancing the SAVE America Act - forcing proof of U.S. citizenship to register and photo ID to actually vote in federal elections. Thomas Massie was the only GOP defector voting no on the procedural step - picking the dumbest hill to die on when we're finally fixing election security. This bill is pure fire - no more non-citizen voting scams or fake ballots - real Americans only from here on out, lock it down tight!

I’m VOTING NO on the SAVE ACT because it will: ➡️ Require proof of citizenship at poll sites — like a passport or birth certificate — documents millions of Americans don’t carry with them ➡️ Charge Americans up to $130 to obtain paperwork ➡️ Target women whose names don’t match their birth certificates, seniors, military families & rural voters - disenfranchising millions! ➡️ Cost $19 billion nationwide ➡️ Make voting harder on purpose and intimidate those newly naturalized. That’s not election security - that is voter suppression and an erosion of our democracy.
