@TroyWestwood If separatists are such a small minority and thus you have nothing to worry about with regards to a referendum, why are you so emotional involved and giving it so much thought and attention? Maybe you should get some counselling

All Canadian citizens have a right inherent in being Canadian to voice their opinion on this issue. I say, all Canadians should be in on the vote. By definition what you are attempting to do is indeed treason. You are taking action that will cause great damage to or will destroy Canada. Canada needs to change the laws, and I believe sometime soon, they will be changed. Like many countries in the world have done. The state of the world is far too volatile. The impact and influence with all the different tools now available are far too damaging if foreign entities are intent to benefit or cause chaos. As I said, Canada must protect herself. Canadians need to protect Canada. May you and all your angry minority allies forever fail in your goal. #IAMCANADIAN🇨🇦
The Critical Compass@thecritcomp

Troy we've explained this to you numerous times: Exercising our democratic will to engage in a public referendum on an issue ruled explicitly constitutional by the Supreme Court of Canada in the 1998 Quebec reference case is NOT treason. The process of provincial secession is quite literally defined in Canadian law. Reaching out to any country we damn well please to engage in diplomatic talks is 100% within our and every other national secession movement's rights. Cry more about it. I'm sorry this all makes you so breathlessly furious that you think you can spout off actual threats to us online (just how *exactly* should Canada "act" to "protect herself", Troy?) but loudmouth Manitobans, Ontarians, or anyone at all who isn't a citizen of Alberta doesn't get to have an opinion on the matter.

@ABDanielleSmith I really do not understand you. This part of a strategy? BC is a problem. And with all the climate hysteria regulations why would an energy company build a pipeline?

A new pipeline is not just good for Alberta, it’s good for Canada. More revenue, more investment, and more jobs to build a stronger, more secure and independent future for Canada—I joined CBC to talk about it.

It cannot be the case that the projects that get prioritized in Canada are those where a Premier threatens to leave the country. Next week, I’ll be meeting with the Prime Minister to bring him a list of projects we can work on for the benefit of all Canadians.

@stillstoicism @mileslunn To err is human. We all do. Last thing we need to do is build more echo chambers & cult mentality. No one agrees with anyone else 100% of the time and that is okay.

@CDSC416 @mileslunn Emotions trump reason, especially during these times. Civil dialogue is difficult. Divide and conquer is a very time tested effective strategy. It is sad.

@mileslunn So tyranny of the majority is fine now? Ultimately you are right - the majority of Canadians seem to be economically illiterate, or ignorance towards the data. At this point the only response is to leave - which is why we see the high emigration from our most qualified.

@stphnmaher Give it time. Just keep letting the liberals push the envelope on taking away freedoms and privacy. My family came here to escape communism and we see a lot of warning signs here in Canada.

Justin Trudeau was a special guest at Impact 26 in Poland. Read before how they describe him. (What would you change? 🤔 😁) BIO Justin Trudeau’s tenure as Canada’s 23rd Prime Minister coincided with a period of unprecedented global challenge and change. After leading the third-place Liberal Party of Canada to a historic majority government in 2015, Trudeau set about delivering an ambitious agenda that included appointing Canada’s first gender-balanced cabinet, lifting more than 435,000 children out of poverty through the Canada Child Benefit, launching a national $10-a-day childcare program, advancing Indigenous Reconciliation, and taking robust action to fight climate change, including through policies that attracted investment in clean economic growth and jobs. Confronted with a series of global economic and security shocks, including Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine and the COVID-19 pandemic, Trudeau worked to address international and domestic issues through bold, decisive action while continuing to deliver on a progressive vision for Canada. The former Prime Minister has amassed powerful insights into societal resilience, high-stakes international diplomacy, the promotion of shared economic growth, and driving meaningful, lasting change. Before entering politics, Trudeau studied literature at McGill University, completed the University of British Columbia’s education program, and spent several years teaching in Vancouver. He also served as the Chair of Katimavik, on the board for the Canadian Avalanche Foundation, and as an advocate for youth and the environment, taking part in events and conferences around the country. Trudeau has received numerous international awards including the Atlantic Council’s Global Citizen Award, National Geographic’s Planetary Leadership Award, and Rotary International’s Polio Eradication Champion Award. The proud father of three, Trudeau delivers presentations that combine pragmatic governance insight with an inspiring vision for stronger communities.

There isn't a private company anywhere in the world that's going to invest in a pipeline in Canada and Carney knows it. One trillion in lost investment since 2015 and counting.

And there we have it. Mark Carney calling for the need to have a true “carbon credit market” not just in Alberta, but across all provinces. His GFANZ agenda is in full swing in Canada.
