Sorry, Big Wellness, but one of my biggest pet peeves is pitting lifestyle habits against medical treatment. That’s not how real life works. You don’t have to choose between taking care of yourself and taking medication. And pretending you do isn’t empowering, it’s misleading. I get it, though. It’s a great way to sell supplements, detoxes and more. 🤷🏽‍♀️
