DPW crews are now focusing on clearing ice and snow off of residential and side streets. Narrow roads, parked cars, and shaded areas take more time, but conditions continue to improve. Don't crowd the plows.

Brinks is forcing my parents to pay almost 4k to end their contract even though their home BURNED TO THE GROUND Is it legal to force someone to pay for a service when their home is no longer standing? This is what is left of their home, seems criminal. Anyone have advice?
