Imagine some guy had this great idea.
He sold it as the "best way."
He told dads if they want the best results, they need to do this.
Of course, he couldn't just make claims it worked the best, he had to show them.
They needed proof.
He had to show them exactly how to implement this in their own families.
So he brings in a small child, his clients can see the fear in their eyes, but he tells them don't worry, this works.
This gets compliance.
So, he pulls down the child's pants and physically strikes their bottom. The first one hurts, the second hurts more, and the third one is torture.
The child cries, is physically in pain, and emotionally scared.
He says, do you want to buy the course?
Would you bring this advice and practice into your home or would there be an immediate drop kick to the head of the child abuser?

People love the idea of change
The dream of what could be
But once they get a taste of what is required
They would rather stay stuck

Morning y’all,
You’d be surprised how far you can go in life when you start subtracting the PEOPLE, PLACES, and HABITS that no longer serve the man you want to be.
People… certain friends you’ve got are no good for you. Create a healthy distance. You don’t need to burn bridges — just leave them unattended.
Places… you know the places I’m talking about. Your environment is molding you into the person you don’t want to be. Create distance from those places. This often requires major changes in life.
MAKE THEM… or stay stuck forever.
Habits… man, you can’t keep doing the things you’re doing right now if you want to become someone you’ve never been.
You’ve got to change how you do things. Subtract one thing (maybe a place you go that you shouldn’t) and replace it with something — or somewhere — that helps create the version of you that you want to be.
The process is simple.
The actions are hard.
The battle is won or lost in the mind.
“Do or do not. There is no try.”

Tried something new today:
OHP - 6 clean sets of 3
Felt pretty easy compared with recent workouts
No additional weight loss after the 6 pounds lost in the first 10 days—probably due to starting creatine monohydrate (15 grams/day) 5 days ago.
Strength & body composition have both improved since Thanksgiving.
